Employment Services at the San Francisco LGBT Center is hosting a two-part series of workshops, in person and virtually, on November 16 and December 7 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
Phillip Singh (he/she, he/she) is a CCSF Outreach Specialist and conducts these workshops to provide community members with information about City College programs and unique resources.

City College of San Francisco is the only community college in San Francisco and the largest community college in Northern California. We offer more than 300 different degree and certificate programs at 8 campuses throughout the city of San Francisco. We also offer the Free City Program, which promises a free college education to all San Francisco residents. We welcome all students, including current high school students, who wish to achieve or enhance career-related education and training in our dual-enrollment program. We offer a rolling admission policy.

On Wednesday, November 16, the first workshop will provide an overview of CCSF degrees, certificate programs and resources. You will be able to meet someone applying to CCSF that day! You can find information about financial aid and guide members of the CCSF community through the FAFSA process. You will be able to meet with the center’s staff to receive support in submitting your FAFSA.
On Wednesday, December 7, you can get registration support for classes. You will leave with the Spring 2023 class schedule. The Academic Senate is a body of all faculty – part-time and full-time, credit and non-credit, counselors, instructors, clinical social workers, librarians, and nurse practitioners. The Academic Senate holds plenary meetings (whole body) twice a year on flex days and may meet at other times.
Title 5 § 53200(b): The Academic Senate shall have as its primary function the making of recommendations regarding academic and professional matters. Section 53200(c), “academic and professional matters” means the following matters of policy development and implementation.
Bcc Introduces New Medical Assisting Diploma Program
The Academic Senate Executive Board is a board of representatives elected each spring for a two-year term (or, in some cases, a one-year term). The Executive Council meets approximately twice a month during the fall and spring semesters. Executive Board meetings are open to all.
